Summary: Beautiful hotel with very friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast buffet was a very nice and delicious spread in a very beautiful setting. Bed was very comfortable. My only complaint would be the room isn't very sound proof as we could hear every little thing going on in the hallway and were woken up many times earlier than we were wanting to get up . Apparently house keeping starts ver early in the morning. Also be aware if you are staying on a Thursday, trash pickup is on Friday morning and very loud for the rooms near the dumpster below. Absolutely loved this place despite the minor annoyances and will definitely be staying again next time we are in Cleveland

Summary: Did not appear that we had any control over the heat … seemed to be stuck at 65 no matter what you did to the thermostat. Also a comforter would have been nice for the bed

Summary: We love this hotel and stay when ever we are in Cleveland. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. It is a lovely hotel, unique and clean. Everywhere you look the walls are filled with beautiful and interesting art. They have a fun little bar area and beautiful dining area with REAL plates and glasses (thank you). We were there at Christmas. It was decorated beautifully and the music in the lobby was tasteful and not overpowering. Only complaint is that the pillows were not very comfortable. Ill just bring in my own the next trip.

Summary: This hotel exudes old world charm and the attention to detail both in the common areas and the guest rooms is incomparable. I had the added bonus of being there at Christmas time when it was beautifully and abundantly decorated. The breakfast is top notch too.

Summary: The hotel was beautifully decorated for the Holidays. The front desk person, Louise was efficient, welcoming, friendly, helpful, and just an asset to this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The room had water for the guests which is a nice touch. The bathroom was clean and had all the amenities one could need. The only negative comment I have is the pillows on the bed were not comfortable, which would not affect my choice to return here. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. (I travel each week for my profession) and the food was freshly made, and there was a wide variety of choices: fresh fruit, yogurt, waffles, eggs, sausage, potatoes, and different pastries. It was such a pleasant stay. We will definitely be back.

Summary: Staff was friendly and the hotel is beautiful and has great potential. However, the cleanliness is not good at all. The breakfast can be better if the hot food was actually hot and the mugs & glasses were cleaned properly.

Summary: Hotel facilities were very clean and welcoming. A little hectic at breakfast on the Sunday but obviously everyone in at the same time.
