Located just minutes from local hiking and tubing, this home and the town of Golden will provide an unforgettable and quintessential Colorado trip for you.
A full grocery store is located across the street from the townhome. One block further to the north, guests will find a liquor store and a local cheese shop that also offers delicious sandwiches, perfect to bring back and enjoy on the rooftop or pack for a hike.

Golden has a great selection of breweries and dining options. The views from town in every direction are great. Downtown Denver is a quick twenty minute drive. Red Rocks Amphitheater is also a quick car ride away. This row home is located in the middle of many of the best things Colorado has to offer.

This modern townhouse is a special place. It is a comfortable and well equipped home located so that you can enjoy the best Colorado has to offer. Hike from the doorstep, take a quick drive or ride to Red Rocks for a show. Walk 5 minutes to the Coors Brewery for a tour or to downtown Golden to enjoy one of the many bars and restaurants. Experience the thrill of white water rafting on a quick 20 minute drive up Clear Creek Canyon. Completed in 2018, and recently furnished with modern and comfortable furnishing.

Summary: We had a fabulous time in Golden with our stay in this condo. It was in a great location, walkable to many restaurants including Woody’s Pizza and our favorite, Denver Biscuit & Fat Sully’s Pizza. The location was fabulous. We took our two dogs, and it was a nice walkable distance to a park nearby the Coors Brewery. There is a grass runway right out the front door for them to go potty. We skied at Loveland, and it was only about an hour drive. We also visited BlackHawk Casino area which was only about 30 minutes away. The beds were comfortable, and the condo was clean. Even though we didn’t cook during our stay, the kitchen seemed to be stocked with everything one would need. We were a tad reluctant staying at a condo with our dogs, but we literally saw only one person and her dog one time the entire time we were there. It was like no one else was around! The garage was a tight fit for our SUV, but we were able to park conveniently in a covered garage. There is only one TV and with teenagers, it would have been nice to have at least one more TV to enjoy. The Internet speed was great! The rooftop view was amazing! We would highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay there again when in Golden. We had a fabulous time.

Summary: We were in town for a wedding and really enjoyed this condo… evening cocktails on the rooftop where incredible! Golden is definitely worth the effort if you’ve never been. Our family would highly recommend this location for your stay!

Summary: Very nice and convenient place to stay; close to downtown Golden. Easy walk to downtown and adjacent to a grocery store. The place was very clean with all the amenities you'll need for a stay in Golden. The rooftop deck was a nice plus but not very private. You do have neighbors on both sides however this was a non-issue for us and we felt right at home. There is a garage but for larger vehicles it may be a bit of a challenge to navigate. There is a parking lot next door where we were told we could park (signs say "no parking") but we were assured that parking was OK and we occasionally utilized the lot as an alternate to the garage. I'd highly recommend a stay based on location, size and amenities of the condo; we had a great time in Golden with this location as base camp.

Summary: We thought the location was perfect for a little walk to downtown. The condo had plenty of room for two couples. The roof top patio had great views to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. I would definitely stay there again.

Summary: The condo was clean, nicely appointed and in a very convenient location. Short walk to all that downtown Golden offers and a short drive to Denver, Red Rocks and other points of interest. Host was very communicative and accommodating. Brisk mornings while we were there but enjoyed sunrises on the rooftop. Would definitely stay again!

Summary: Walking distance to so many restaurants, bars and shops including the Coors Brewery, which we toured. Golden is such a cute little town and we loved being right there close to everything. The condo was very clean with new amenities and nicely decorated. Perfect for two couple as the two bedrooms have their own bathrooms. Owner was very attentive with any questions I had. Would definitely stay here again. Lovely home!
