Summary: House is in an older neighborhood but the interior is upgraded nicely with a nice open layout. Had an issue with our code to get in but the property owner/manager returned my message immediately and got us in and reset the code. House worked great for us.

Summary: Overall, our say was good. The listing is a bit deceiving and not accurate. We expected to be able to use the listed “office space with pull out couch” but that area now has a pool table. Bathrooms are definitely outdated and small but that wasn’t a big deal to us. I would definitely stay again. Hopefully the backyard construction will be done by then.

Summary: The listing shows a den with a sleeper sofa, and it has been replaced with a pool table. The backyard is a disaster and the fence to keep kids safe is falling down. The house needs a deep clean. They only left a limited amount of towels. No extra blankets or sheets for the sleeper sofa. Very limited amount of kitchen supplies also.

Summary: Due to miscommunication, the home was not cleaned prior to our arrival. We contacted the owner who contacted the cleaning service and after vacating the premises for a few hours, this was remedied as well as could be expected. The home was as advertised, but the backyard a safety concern if you have children in your party. The coffee pot was broken; hand towels and spoons in short supply.

Summary: Three nights in Kennewick with a variety of family members and we found the Goldmine to be the perfect size and location for everyone. Bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean with fresh towels and bedding. Beds are very comfortable. Spacious kitchen is as pictured. They took out the office and added a pool table. We fit 10 around the dining room table. The back yard is under construction, but the patio area is spacious and comfortable. Plenty of street parking in quiet neighborhood. I would stay again.

Summary: First appearance made us question our choice. The front yard looked like it hadn't been mowed in 2 months. Inside was nice and comfortable. The two that slept in the street side bedrooms side that the noise from the street kept them awake all night.

Summary: The house was a terrific place for our family to stay at! We have a larger family presence in Richland but not enought rooms! This was spacious and comfortable for my crew!

Summary: This house met our needs, but when we arrived the house had not been cleaned from previous guests. When called, the owner quickly got a cleaning team over after saying she thought we were due the next day.So you might confirm a day or two before to avoid this.It would be helpful if the cleaning crew detail included a sweep of the back yard from previous dogs. We ended up picking up after multiple previous dogs in the yard.
