Positive: Beautiful place! Very carefully arranged enterior and exterior, they’ve been thinking about every small detail. Breakfast is delicious! Staff is amazing, they really made our stay! Location is perfect, the most popular beaches are close by , plus north is always sunny, so its perfect choise if you are looking for the great summertime.
Negative: Just the fact that we couldnt stay longer :)

Positive: Small size of this boutique hotel is a great advantage of the place, only 8 ‘rooms’/ houses so it’s never too crowded around the pool, which is great! The owner- Antoine is very kind and helpful, every day he took time to ask about your plans and give you advices. Other members of the staff were always very kind too! Location of the hotel is great (it’s calm) if you have your own vehicle/ driver.
Negative: Even though the breakfast seemed exciting the first day, the limited menu gets repetitive after few days. Rooms although stylish, have very little space for putting your clothes, during a longer stay like ours we had to leave our things in the luggages- not great. Secondly the bathroom is in the same space as the bedroom, there is only blinds with which you can gain some privacy.

Positive: We spent our honeymoon in November 24 at the Good Life Eco Lodges and really loved the peace and seclution. After arriving, we had a very warm welcome by the owner Antoine. He was very helpful during the whole trip and gave us a lot of good advices and contacts, to make sure, that we have a pleasant stay. Also the staff was very nice and accommodating. Especially Kavita spoiled us everyday - thank you so much for that! The breakfast and food was outstanding and one of the reasons, why we chose the accommodation in the first place. We absolutely recommend the Good Life Lodges, if you are looking for a stay away from the tourist crowds!
Negative: One thing to consider if you want to visit the whole island: the Good Life Eco Lodges is the perfect place to stay to explore the northern part of the island. But if you want to see a lot in the south, you need to drive a lot. So its better to split up the vacation time and have an accommodation in the south too, to reduce your travel time to all the wonders of the island.

Positive: Great taste of Northern Mauritius, lovely family run vegetarian friendly establishment. The centre piece is a swimming pool worthy of 5 star resorts. It's a really peaceful and relaxing place to chill out. Every little detail is well thought out, including water bottles to reduce plastic waste. In short driving distance there are good beach and local food. Just wish to stay little bit longer...
Negative: Proximity of road but while there is a traffic noise it's down at night and nothing ear plugs won't fix. On positive side that means easy and instant road access
