Summary: I was very disappointed in my stay. I stayed in a king room which was the size of a shoebox with no artwork on the walls. It was hard to walk around the bed because it was so small not to mention it. That there was no thermostat in the room, and it was absolutely freezing. The lighting reminded me of a school cafeteria, bright and uninviting. The common areas of the hotel were not much better. One elevator that took forever to go from floor to floor because they have a rooftop bar, which is is also dated. there's no food or room service. They do provide complimentary snacks, which consisted of a couple cans of soda, water and 2 bags of potato chips. It's definitely not worth it. The moneyYou can stay somewhere much nicer for the same price.

Summary: The hotel is in a phenomenal location. Walking distance to so many locations. The rooms were spacious and luxurious. Staff is extremely nice and all go out their way to ensure they make your stay wonderful. The rooftop bar has such a great view. We are already looking to book our next trip back!

Summary: Great location, right next to the main shopping street. I had a room facing the street and it was loud till 1-2 am. Also, there is no ice machine on the floors, you will have to ask for room service. There is a gym, but quite small. The roof top bar offers nice view of Georgetown. Parking is hard. The main parking lot in the area (2 blocks away) charges $12 for the first hour then $22 after that for the rest of the day.

Summary: This is my second time staying here. What a nice hotel. It's clean and elegant. There's a rooftop bar and a speakeasy in the basement. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. I will continue to come back.

Summary: The staff is incredible. The hotel is conveniently located to food and shopping. The room is spacious, and we appreciated the free snacks! We had a few issues: (1) one of the beds was lopsided with one side of the bed that completely sank, (2) the shower door and bathroom door were both broken upon arrival, and (3) there was hair on the pillow and bed before we used it. Otherwise, it was a quiet and convenient stay.
