Summary: Lovely property and location and helpful hosts. Unfortunately there was no electricity to heat the property on the first night due to a fault and we couldn't sleep as we were so cold. This was fixed the next morning, but it would have been great if this had been tested before we arrived.

Summary: The property was modern, functional yet warm. Cleaned well and everything was in perfect condition, additionally there was a generous amount of towels for our family of 5, (I find this rarely). The host was very sweet and friendly, as was her husband. We was left to enjoy our holiday yet we knew Helen was around if we needed anything and we were confident she could provide. Luckily she had already taken care of everything, from the milk and cereal for the morning to the deck of cards for the evening. Thank you! Only criticism I could possibly find is the postcode takes you to the street around the corner but as soon as we put in the name of the farm it took it straight there but that's just a FYI. The location was fabulous for us; close to amenities, great pubs serving food with friendly locals, the activities we wanted to do, (rock climbing, horse trekking and gorge walking), plenty of waterfalls with walks and even a tasty chinese. Really recommend this property with its lovely hosts!
