Summary: This was my 2nd time to rent this property. I love the location and the space this place offers. In my opinion, you won’t find a better deal in the area. I highly recommend.

Summary: My husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks. The property was clean and quiet, at first. We planned to work from the property then visit our kids and new grand baby in the evenings. However the WiFi was so poor one of us went to our kids house to work, and the other worked over cellular hotspot. There is another property above this one and the guests there the second week were coming in at 12:30 in the morning with a tired little one making so much noise we resorted to earplugs. We did mention the WiFi issue to the host, however they focused on an outage in the area and not the fact that the WiFi was bad consistently, and even other guests have mentioned it. Over all the stay was good, and recommend this place for shorter stays when not relying on good WiFi.

Summary: Loved the location, and staging was just like the pictured but the place was dirty. The fridge on the inside wasn't wiped down. The freezer had a half eaten pint of ice cream in it. The shower had visible hair and dirt and the soap dispenser wasn't refilled. The microwave and it's plate had food stuck to it. The stove top had food residue in it and the table tops and counters had crumbs, dust and even hair. The bedding had hairs on every layer and their was no duvet and bed. I cleaned the shower before using it and went and got bedding.

Summary: As a female traveling solo, this place was perfect. I felt completely safe in this neighborhood. The place itself was in a great location and beautifully decorated. I truly enjoyed my 3 night stay here. The only negative comment I have is the signal for your smart devices. It wasn’t just the WiFi, but the use of data just in the general area. The bedroom got the strongest signal so it was manageable. I still give this place 5/5 stars.

Summary: I was in Vancouver visiting my daughter, helping her with a big reorg of her apartment, so I couldn't stay with her. The VRBO was close to her apartment (in a lovely neighborhood) and I felt very safe, even when I returned late at night. I had a question about the keypad lock, and the owner was very quick to return my text, and then followed up with a phone call to make sure I felt safe and secure I would definitely stay here.again!
