Negative: The floor in the main space was very bad, it was not as clean as expected, the place was not ready in time (cleaning) and we had to wait more than an hour with no compensation. No windows only sky light might be a must for some people and no fans on the ceiling.

Positive: amazing location. clean updated modern apartment. comfortable beds and soft bedding. Clean bathrooms. All dishes, appliances towels etc provided. Management checked in via messaging several times to make sure we had everything we needed and were responsive to messages prior to our arrival.
Negative: I wouldn't say these are things I didn't like just things that I feel were "missing" or odd that others might want to know. There is no full length mirror anywhere in the apartment. We were a family of 5 and it was comical trying to see how we looked before heading out for the day or night. It looked like there might have been one on the wall at one time outside the shared bathroom but there was none for our stay. The bedroom with the ensuite bathroom (which typically would be the bedroom for me and my husband) is also the bedroom with the two beds in it . We chose this apartment because it had 3 bedrooms and enough beds that my daughters wouldn't hav to share a bed or my son need to sleep on the couch. My "children" are all young adults. It was impossible to tell from the photos which bedroom was the ensuite and I honestly didn't think to ask. One other thing that might be helpful is that this apartment is on the second floor and there is no elevator. The stairs are narrow and oddly "spiraled" at the top so its a tiny bit precarious walking out of the apartment as you step out the door onto the stairs. Again, this did not take away from our enjoyment of the trip and all the positive aspects, just felt was worth mentioning.
Summary: Loved the location and the apartment was perfect for our needs.

Negative: Walls are very thin and the unit beside us was having a party until 5 am in the morning. Despite there being rules about not having parties, they used the terrace that was attached to our unit from 1-5 in the morning which kept us up all night. When reported to management they were responsive and came to stop the party. However, the neighbours continued to run up and down the halls screaming. It was a terrible night.

Positive: The property is in very good location near to shops, coffee shops. Its big for our group and we were very happy with the size of it. It was good that the property provide towels and toiletries. The owner quick response on our queries is very good. Overall a family friendly place to stay.
Negative: There was no sign on the outside unless you stop on small enclosure and see the signage Young Hotel. The propery needs a bit of repair on floor boards that are already peeling and loose (trip hazard for our case with children and elders). The bathroom on the side with the washing machines only did a shower curtain fix with I think should be a shower panel got broken and was replaced by a shower curtain. When we came in, the second bedroom has dirt on the bed dont know what fell in it, we just do a bit of cleaning on it no biggie, but the bed has water mark on the bed sheets, good thing my boys is not fussy.

Positive: The apartment is very good, in a great location, and very comfortable
Negative: Even though I did the whole process they wanted, if extra steps in order to check in. I did not receive any information regarding checking in or how to get in the unit. I needed to call them when I arrived, they asked if I filled the documents they asked, and even though I had already, it seemed they did not see it. Fortunately I could call them, but if I were visiting from somewhere else and not have a phone with me I would not be able to get in the unit. Also, we had hardly any internet in the unit during our whole stay. It was a struggle to get the internet working, and when it did it was very slow, almost unusable. The extra fees, and cleaning fees are very high, even though we are the ones who clean the apartment before leaving.
