Summary: Arrived late, stayed one night, didn't use facilities. Room small at the front of the property. No USB in room to charge phones etc and no hangers in bathroom to hang towels at all

Summary: Great hotel with very helpful staff and beautiful views over devils bridge valley. Food was great with great choices available. Walking distance from Vale of Rheidol steam train that takes you to aberystwyth.

Summary: Really liked it here beautiful views of the valley. Friendly staff and locals. enjoyed the food in the restaurant. Breakfast and dinner was great only grip was the coffee wasn't very good.

Summary: The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring Devil's Bridge and the surrounding area. We visited the Elan Valley dams and reservoirs, the Silver Mountain and Aberystwyth. The Hotel looks stunning from the outside and inside. A lot of care has gone into every detail of the hotel. Our room was on the top floor. It was very cool and quirky, just a little bit musty smelling. (We couldn't open the windows without a load of bugs flying in so had to keep them closed unfortunately.) The bathroom looked cool but there was nowhere to put anything! Our arrival wasn't the best. We had travelled a fair distance and arrived at 7, when staff were busy with dinner. We rang the bell a few times, we were ignored by staff rushing around with dinner and drinks orders. I asked someone at the bar for help, who said they would ask someone to come and see to us. We kept waiting and eventually I managed to stop someone who just gave us the key card and told us our room was on the top floor. But then, the complete opposite service occurred on our second and third nights when one particular member of staff was really kind, friendly and helpful when we were looking to get a table for dinner. I forgot to get her name but she was amazing and really made our stay.

Summary: Stylish clean room with beautiful views over the valley. Nice modern bathroom which was very tastefully fitted out. Stayed for a lovely dinner and drinks in the bar area.
