Summary: THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL HOTEL WITH REALLY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF ..THE RESTARAUNT AND DOWNSTAIRS ARE REALLY EXCELLENT BUT THE ACCOMMODATION IS REALLY TIRED AND NEEDS A MAJOR UPGRADE .

Summary: Lovely little village. Hotel/Pub accommodation was okay. Rooms very clean. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom good with decent shower. Tea & coffee facilities in room. Pub good & restaurant good with good choice of food. Only down side was No air con & was so hot in the rooms, even with portable fan going, had to have window open all night which was noisy & still didn't help really! Apart from that, nice place to stay for a night

Summary: Extremely hot room even though a fan was available- windows wouldn’t open as secondary glazing to stop noise from road … Avoid heatwave days ! I would ask for a back room another time. Breakfast not available until 9 am which isn’t helpful if working ! On a positive note staff very friendly and helpful!

Summary: Very friendly welcome and a lovely little hotel. Excellent price and a nice big room. The only issue was the heating seemed to be broken in the room so there was a small space heater. It was difficult to gauge what setting to have the heater on and so I woke in the middle of the night very hot and had to adjust it. The bathroom was also very cold. Otherwise a very nice and comfortable stay.
