Positive: Beautifully clean and well- maintained property in a stunning location. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Lovely, comfortable beds and plenty hot water. The grounds are beautiful.

Positive: Fabulous location, lovely setting, really comfortable and spacious for our group of 9. Warm and cosy despite being a large property. Great distance from Lincoln Croquet on the lawn was fun!

Negative: Couldn't work out how to have a bath as the water was only hot for about an inch then went tepid.

Summary: So good we have booked again for next year!
