Summary: It’s in a fantastic area, hotel is very nice. Our first room, air conditioning was extremely loud so we moved to another room, however that room air conditioner was leaking and carpet was wet. But they were very understanding.

Summary: The stay was good but they don’t have no ice bucket in the rooms and no microwave that is a negative for the stay at the Hilton as much as you pay you should have those things in your room I paid 700 dollars not to have those items at all

Summary: Perfect location in "happening" new/old downtown Alpharetta. Beautiful architecture and interior design. Rooms are quite spacious but have the world's smallest closets, totally inadequate. Sofa on same wall as TV: no place to sit to watch TV. Valet parking is inconsistent, no practical self-parking. Very "cool" but impractical hotel, all told..

Summary: What a complete dumpster fire. It's sad this hotel is in such a nice location. Even the hotel is super nice. But the staff not so much, and I never leave bad reviews. First I was put in a hallway that had no heat. Some of the outlets didn't work. Had to find this out at 830 Pm when I had to get surgery at 0500. They offered to move me or give me a space heater lol. So I moved to a different floor. You would expect some type of comp. Anything? Didn't even get a sorry about that. Also during check in they said do you need the handicap room I booked on hotels.com? I said no. You can move me to a different room as long as it's the same price. Nope charged me more without agreeing. On the way out at around 0700 I dropped my room key off, they lady just mumbled didn't offer a receipt or anything. Lastly I had to pay 150$ for parking for two nights b/c I have a truck.

Summary: This was our first stay at the Hamilton, planned because it has been highly rated, even though it is expensive in the Alpharetta area. We were most displeased overall, particularly in view of the cost. The valet parking is extremely inconvenient. You have to drive around the block to find it, it can't be charged to the room, and they left our keys in the car when it was parked for the night (at least 2 of the nights we stayed). There is no ice machine available on the floor, but you can order it from housekeeping (presumably with a tip). There is no coffee available in the morning in the lobby, unless you sit at a table and pay for it and service. (There was a coffee maker in the room. As far as the room goes, the closet is tiny and the bathroom light has to have the "master switch" for the room on in order to turn it on. You have to turn on the light as you enter the bathroom. That means it is impossible to keep the room dark during the night if you use the bathroom. We did appreciate daily housekeeping service. People were friendly. We have cancelled the other reservation we had made for the upcoming holidays at the Hamilton. When we checked out, I asked for a copy of my bill to be sure I wasn't double-charged for the valet parking ($42.50/night). All I got was a sheet showing a zero balance, with no itemization of our charges and the total cost of the stay. The desk clerk assured me that we hadn't been charged for the parking through the hotel. Disappointed
