Negative: I didn’t read the booking instruction email so when I got there and found the address in maps didn’t exist I panicked. Read the mail and booking.com please update your maps.

Positive: The property was new, modern and quiet. The assigned car park was close to the townhouse.
Negative: It looked like a vacuum cleaner had been emptied on the garden in the back right corner of the outdoor area. There was also cardboard food packaging in the same part of the garden. The rug in the living area was too light and did not sit flat on the ground which was a hazard for my elderly parents. There was no cloth to wipe the bench or glass table. There was no hand wash in the top level bathroom.

It had all the necessary amenities, including a stove and washing machine. The WiFi was fast, and Netflix was available on the TV. Negative: There was a leak under the kitchen sink and when we arrived the washing powder box was soaked and fell apart when picked up. The leak appears from the pipe from the washing machine, I had to clean up the water on arrival and put clean tea towels to protect the cabinet. There was evidence of beginning of water damage to the shelf under the sink. One of the cups had a chip on the rim noticed at breakfast. The toilet cistern had sticky residue left behind from probably from the original sticker when purchased. I needed to let you know for you to be able to protect your property. I did leave a note asking for the information to be passed on unsure if that occurred. We loved the unit given the above information didn't detract from our enjoyment.
Summary: It was a great place to stay and would love to stay again when we are down in Christchurch.
