Positive: Location, two on drive parking spaces, spacious hall and lounge, massive comfy bed in one room.

Negative: Although the house was clean enough thought it was a bit worn in places. The garden could do with a bit of a tidy up and only four kitchen chairs when seven people were staying.

Positive: We had a lovely time celebrating my sister’s 60th. Location was prefect, all beds were comfortable. We selected this place for hot tub which wouldn’t heat up. (Tried for 2hrs)

Negative: Hot tub was freezing, we had to organise it ourselves which was a disaster.

Summary: Central location, comfy beds. Hot tub needs to be organised before arrival.

Positive: Location was central. Beds were comfortable.

Negative: Decoration was run down in parts. No attention to detail. Kitchen wall needed painted. Blinds in kitchen didn't work. Tiles on bathroom floor needed spruced up. Light fittings in upstairs landing were dusty and dirty. Hall floor downstairs was 'sprung' and was a trip hazard. Pulled the settee out in the living room to make sure we hadn't left anything behind to find gold wrappers from Christmas chocolate coins.... not good. Out the back looked a big grubby so we didn't use the hot tub. Disappointed. In a plus the beds were comfortable but when your paying to stay somewhere it really should be immaculate.

Positive: The house was perfect! Great location 10 minute walk to promenade. House was fantastic, clean, beds comfy, and everything you would need. There is plenty of parking for 2 cars and WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher was great. Loved the woodfire hot tub, which we used each evening. Lovely back area and short walk to a large playing field & playground. Would highly recommend. Lovely hosts
