Located 3.5 miles from Summersville Lake this house is the perfect combination of modern luxury and comfortable living.
Safety and enjoyment are our top priorities in a house located near everything you need and all the adventures wild and wonderful WV has to offer!
Guest safety is very important to us so each booking receives a unique door code. Cleanliness is also a top priority so each bed uses a washable quilt and all linens are washed after each check out.
Grocery stores are 10 mins away. One mile from the house is Gad Dam Brewery which is a unique place to grab a drink while playing Tuesday night trivia or listening to live music on the weekends. For a local coffee house there is Appalachian Coffee House just 5 miles away. Kirkwood Winery and Isaiah Morgan Distillery are 6 miles away from the house. 19 miles will get you to the New River Gorge Bridge which is part of the newest National Park, New River Gorge National Park.

Summary: My family and I spent the weekend here for Gauley Fest and it did not disappoint. Great location of the home - a couple of minutes to main stores like Walmart and Starbucks and an easy 20 minute drive to the National Park and rivers. The fire pit and hot tub were great ways to unwind after our long hikes. Plenty of room for us to spread out too!

Summary: The place was over great! Nice place, hard to find but once we did no problems! There were a few spots of areas that could have used vacuuming in before we got there, but overall great! We had 9 people, could have used a few more towels, but did a load of laundry to keep them fresh for use! Overall no real complaints! Clean, good communication with property manager, and good location! Loved the idea of the chalkboard with places of the “best” around!

Summary: The property was everything it said and more. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. There was wood supplied for the firepit and the paddle boards were an added bonus. We had a great time here and would definitely go back. Thank you

Summary: To start, we had some cleanliness issues that was taken care of. With that said, we had a wonderful time. It’s a perfect location and the perfect size for a large family. The house had everything you needed and more.

Summary: This home is really well equipped/supplied and served our families needs quite well. You are 5 minutes from Summersville Lake which is definitely worth a visit. You are also about 35 minutes from Ace Adventures/Fayetteville which can provide days of fun activities from white water rafting, to ziplining, ATV's, etc. I highly recommend a stay here if you looking at spending time in this area. Also, the owner is extremely responsive if needed.
