Positive: Very clean, staff quite helpful, wonderful breakfast, nice balcony
Negative: Hard bed, only 1 pillow, small room, no chair to sit in, loud at night, not able to adjust air temperature and it was very hot at night. But then I am an American and these items are standard for us😊
Summary: Doable, safe, clean but had a bad nights sleep.

Negative: We only once got coffee to make ourselves in our room. The dirty cup was left in our room for our entire stay. The aircon was non-existing in the extreme European heatwave. One night we had only burning hot water in the taps and no cold water. The top mattress of children's bunk bed had a very thin mattress. Not suitable for an older child or teenager. Breakfast did not have an egg cooking station for omelets etc. Only under done scrambled eggs and boiled eggs. Basic breakfast.
