Positive: Beautiful apartment with very nice furnishing. Comfy bed with plently of space to put clothes away in the closet. Oven, Hob, Kettle, Fridge, Freezer - Everything was there to make food Lovely and big balcony area with sofa and big table to enjoy card games and drinks while looking at the sea and sky. 5 min walk down to the beach - It was nice being outside of the main city of Split as the beach was quieter, beach had a little activity centre to rent SUP boards, banana boats, jet skis, whatever you like. We even saw and swam with dolphins that came to visit the beach! Nice places to get food and drinks down by the beach which was good as didnt have to go into Split to get a meal out.
Negative: This has nothing to do with the Airbnb really - Traffic heading into Split due to the main road not initially being built designed for the amount of people staying in Prodstrana etc.
Summary: Perfect spot for people who want a trip to Split when not staying in the centre - I reccomend

Positive: Excellent location with amenities nearby and so very close to the beach for a nice walk. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was adequately equipped. Staff were quick to respond to questions.
Negative: The stairs leading up to the suite were dirty, the sofas were quite badly stained. There is a broken cabinet door in the kitchen that needs repairs. There is no table to eat at, just 3 bar stools. There was only enough dish soap for one time and the hand soap in the bathroom ran out before the end of our stay (it was quite watered down).
Summary: Convenient location but needs attention to overall appearance and appeal.

Negative: the property was not very clean, there were chips under the coffee table, some very noticeable stains on the couch in the living room. the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest, the shower door had water marks. could have used a more thorough cleaning and a little bit of general maintenance

Positive: The kitchen is fair also the sitting area The rooms was not bad The towels were very dirty specially in the washroom there were no pillows cover on the pillows on the bed. The shower need to be on medium speed so it can be easy on the skin . The place was very expensive especially those additional cleaning cost is not the customers who have to pay for the cleaning it the company who have to arrange the cleaning cost. Shouldn't be an additional for the customer.
