3 Bedroom House in Weeki Wachee Gardens, Spring Hill

This is a cozy and functional home. Outside the floating dock is perfect for the in and out of swimming and kayaks. We have one paddle board, five single kayaks and one tandem kayak. You'll love spending the days outside, grilling or having a fire. We do have a fire pit. Wood is not supplied. Inside, the main bedroom (queen size bed) connects with the second bedroom (twin size bed and trundle) and both have new vinyl plank flooring and streaming tvs. The second bedroom leads into the bathroom where a second door takes you to the kitchen. The kitchen has most of what we think you will need. We have included a coffee and tea station with an electric kettle and a frother. The screened patio area has a tv, six seater dining table, extra chairs and an outdoor box with kayak seats and accessories. All tv's are streaming only. There is a house phone and wifi with all the information on the teal folder. The outside third independent bedroom is accessed through the screen patio. It has a tv and a full size bed along with its private bathroom. All the outside lights are governed by the panel of outlets on the wall on the middle indoor/outdoor room coming out of the main house. Please note the main house has lower ceilings which may not be as comfortable for someone over 6' tall. Overall, this is a quaint loving property where you can make memories and enjoy time together.
Note: For Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, or Christmas, only one party can check in or out on any of these major holidays because the cleaners take these four days off only per year. Mid term stays welcomed.

Summary: We always make the trip to Weeki Wachee at least 3 times for the summer. This place was by far one of the best places. The easy of getting in & out of the kayak was amazing. The neighborhood was very nice and the people were very friendly. The owners were great and very understanding. As we always cook ,the kitchen was amazing with all the countertop space. We will be back for sure.

Summary: I give this a 5. I will list the Pros and Cons though for other people interested. *The Pros* Really close to the main river and in a really good location once you get to River. ** The Canal the house is on Is Clean and you can Jump off the dock. *** The House has plenty of Kayaks(6), life vests, noodles, paddles, towels, it had laundry soap, a blender, rice cooker, all dishes/baking pans, seasonings, cups to take on river, first aid kit, and little helpful things others leave(I left tide Pods and Sunscreen!!) etc. Etc. You don't have to bring much there. **The porch and whole outside area makes it worth every penny.** *Neighbors are quiet* *The Store is really close too.* ******Cons-----The Bed In both rooms suck to be honest. My husband and I had to sleep separate which made me sad. But the beds were out dated, noisey and small( it was Maybe a Fullsize?). Really none of the furniture(in living room also) was comfy it was all kinda out dated. ***Con--The Ladder to get off of the Dock Is Way Small....lol. It was fun trying to get up. ***Con--A few chairs outside and in the porch area were broken but still in use. Those are my only Cons. I hope it helps someone else. Just bring a Blow Up Matress that's what I'm doing next time! We love this place and will be back!!!

Summary: Have a family reunion every year at the weeki wachee and this was a great place to stay with my cousin and family. AC worked great and had everything we needed to make a great river trip.

Summary: Some of the pictures are misleading... had its pros and cons. The trundle bed in one the rooms is now just a full size cot which is the size of a walkin closet and u had to go through that room to main bath in house or walk from master bedroom through kitchen. Other room is completely detached from house so if you lock house those guests are locked out of house. Had alot of dishes and basic household items which was nice! Two kayaks are in on condition but the extra seats (newer) are in bottom of tote on porch and didnt find til last day. Also kitchen table only has two chairs. Overall was an okay house.

Summary: We loved the place it was very clean, the outdoor area was fantastic. Has a nice little fire pit for an evening fire. Plenty of manatees to see in this area. The only downfall were the mattresses, a more comfortable bed and slightly larger.
