With 3,750 square feet of living space and 110 feet of lake frontage, our property offers plenty of room to entertain large groups or relax and unwind. Please note that there are stairs downhill to access the lakefront.
Inside, you'll find an open concept kitchen complete with top of the line appliances including 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, and 2 refrigerators - perfect for preparing large meals and entertaining guests.
Outside, the expansive patio overlooking the lake features plenty of seating and a gas grill - perfect for hosting outdoor dinners and soaking up the views. As a bonus, we offer complimentary kayaks and lawn games for our guests to enjoy during their stay.

Please always lock the front door behind you if you leave. Safety is a top priority for us.
Please no parties or events, as well as no glitter or any other decorations which may cause damage to the property.
Please do not re-arrange any furniture and do not bring any furniture outside.
Please no candles or any other fire hazards at the property. No Fireworks.
Please only toilet paper down the commodes, any damage related to lack of follow through of this rule shall be an additional charge.
The following rules are grounds for termination of the rental stay and immediate departure of all guests:

- No trespassing on neighbors' lots.
- No arguments with our neighbors or disrespectful language. IF there is an issue, please contact rental manager to solve directly.
- No sitting on or using the pontoon unless rented separately and agreed by rental manager.
- Any approved dogs on the property must not bark consistently, disturb neighbors, or wander onto other properties.
- No parties or events.
- Lake quiet hours are 10pm-8am. Please keep music low and inside during this time.
All members of the group must be made aware of the above rules by the booking guest, and will be held accountable for compliance. Violating house rules also includes forfeiture of security deposit + any incremental damages.
