Casa Colina is located just 15 minutes south of Penticton on nine scenic & secluded hilltop acres with a heated outdoor pool. Tastefully decorated in a rustic yet casually elegant style, it is an oasis of rest and relaxation within a peaceful and private estate.
This listing is for the Cottage. There are also 3 B&B guest suites in the main house which are listed separately. Search for "Casa Colina" in Kaleden.
Our southwestern style, one bedroom Cottage is approximately 725 square feet (67 square metres). It is perfect for a romantic getaway or quiet retreat. The private courtyard is furnished with lounge chairs, bistro set and bbq. Step through the front door into the well equipped kitchen and bright beautiful living room area. In the bedroom, a queen bed with pillow top mattress is layered with luxurious 100% Egyptian cotton sheets, a linen covered down duvet and super comfy pillows for the perfect nights sleep. Amazingly soft bamboo towels and first class amenities are in the large bathroom with large walk-in shower. Out the back door is a private patio with a lovely view of the surrounding hills and the valley below. Just a short stroll away our outdoor pool is situated in a stunningly serene location surrounded by the desert pines.
Guests at the Cottage have the option to purchase our full, gourmet breakfast which is served each morning at the main house. $20/per person/per day.
We offer free parking and free wifi throughout the property. There is a Smart TV with access to Netflix.
In-room massage is also available (must be booked in advance, extra charge).

Summary: Everything about Casa Colina was exactly what we were hoping for. The location is convenient, beautiful, and serene. The property is top quality in every way and was meticulously maintained and cleaned by owners who obviously take great pride in their wonderful property and were a pleasure to get to know. The bed was so comfortable we didn't want to get up, and slept ten hours our first night there (stayed in the cottage, which is basically a full-size guest house). We have already booked a repeat visit.

Summary: Brenda was great every step of the way, from booking, to check in, to keeping the B&B clean and wonderful. She gave great recommendations on wine tours, hikes, and dinners that me and my new wife enjoyed very much. After a long wedding week, this is just what we needed! Thanks again Brenda, will definitely be back!

Summary: We stayed in the cottage on the property for a week at the end of April. We couldn't have made a better choice. The cottage was perfect for the two of us - clean, well-appointed, comfortable, great outdoor space. quiet and very private. It was also no more than 30 minutes away from all of the territories that we wanted to visit (Penticton, Naramata, Similkameen, South Okanagan). Brenda and Rick were great. Professional, friendly and always checking to ensure that everything was good for our stay. CC is a real gem tucked away in the hills. I'm sure we will return!

Summary: Stayed here for 4 nights in the cottage Brenda and Rick were great hosts and the cottage was fantastic. Was a little smokey because of the forest fires in the area but when the smoke cleared was very scenic and the pool was great. If your looking to get away from the hustle and bustle this is a fantastic place to stay would definitely stay here again
