3 Bedroom House in Little Kowaliga, Eclectic

Welcome to The Hollows; our little
piece of heaven on Martin. This cottage boasts a great open floor plan that lives big. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for a great stay. The dining area is open and has a large family style table and 3 bar stools at the counter for eating and fun game nights.. The den is almost the length of the house with windows that are open to a fabulous, peaceful lake view. There are two bathrooms and three bedrooms that sleep eight comfortably. There is a large deck attached to the house that has 270 degree view of the lake. A huge concrete area with a ten foot cedar table that allows for
outdoor dining and corn hole tournaments that make
memories of a lifetime. A sandy beach on the property allows for wading and just a peaceful change of scenery. On the right side of the property is a great fishing hole.
We have 580 feet of waterfront with a pier, floating dock, and stairs for water access. There is a boat ramp on the property. We have plenty of parking for your stay with paved roads to the property and gravel round about pull through parking. We are centrally located by water and land.
Five minute boat ride to Kowaliga, 15 minutes to Chimney Rock/Goat Island.
We are less than five minutes to Dollar General and ten minutes to Piggly Wiggly.
This 3 acre property is very unique on Lake Martin. We would love to share our little piece of heaven with you.

Summary: The well maintained property worked wonderfully for our family of 4. The homes location was perfect for an easy commute via boat or road to our marina of choice and restaurants. The home is very comfortably appointed. The views from the deck are fantastic and the perfect spot to wind down after a long day on the water. Additionally, the beach area was a great spot that our kids enjoyed spending time as well. All and all would definitely recommend this listing and will definitely stay here again. The hosts were great and answered any questions we had promptly.

Summary: Nice views, quiet and simply a really nice piece of lakefront property. It'll make you want to spend as much time outside as possible. The house is cute. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Unique living room setup with 2 Sofa's....one to kick back and watch TV and the other to kick back and watch the sunset or simply stare at the views. There isn't much around, but you already know that since it's easy to learn by simply looking at Google maps. However we did find a good pizza joint (Lake Martin Pizza Co.) and a bar/restaurant on the water (The Social) that weren't terribly far away. We enjoyed them both.

Summary: The winter weather provided the perfect setting for maximum relaxation. A crackling fireplace and the serene lake view through a wall of windows allowed for the weekend to slowly find its way. Definitely a “do it again”.

Summary: This property is stunning! Such a beautiful view and so much space to enjoy the outdoors with a private white sand beach area, the dock, and the extended patio near the house. Home is nicely decorated with everything we needed to enjoy our visit. It was also immaculately clean and secure with deadbolts for each exterior door. Tammy is a host that went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay. She provided clear instructions and even extra information about the local area. She was always very responsive and pleasant. Thank you Tammy!

Summary: We had the best time staying at The Hollows on Lake Martin! It was our first visit to Lake Martin and we were not disappointed. We enjoyed spectacular views on the beautifully landscaped 3 acres. I loved the private beach area and the baby ducks which visited each day! The house was the perfect fit for my family of 5. We especially enjoyed the outdoor areas. Tammy is the best host -- very thoughtful and accessible. Thanks for the hospitality! We will be back!

Summary: This is our 5th year to have a weekend friend getaway (without our kids) and our 4th home to rent on Lake Martin and it was by far the easiest, nicest, most relaxing stay we have had. The property is beautiful, the neighbors all friendly, the house had everything we needed! Perfect for just you and significant other or a few friends to hangout on the beach!

Summary: Our stay was more than we expected. First, the owner Tammy made sure we had everything we needed before we even arrived. She was so accommodating it was wonderful. This home has huge windows that look out to the lake, a beautifully landscaped and very large lake lot, and a great deck for socializing. Thank you Tammy, you made our trip amazing!
