Positive: The property was exceptional value for money. Huge rooms, great garden for the dog and all facilities one would hope for in a property let (first time I’ve seen an air fryer in a holiday let! 😀)

Negative: Only niggle was that the bathroom lock didn’t work. This might be fine for families, but not so much for our small group of friends (but not that friendly 😂)

Positive: The size of the property, the considerations made for a family. The children's room was fantastic. The house was huge and the garden fantastic.

Negative: Only some old pipes rattling at 3am. Took me 15 minutes to work out what was going on, but a very minor thing.

Positive: The property was very spacious, beautifully clean and the owner of the property went above and beyond to help with a problem we had with the TV and internet. The rooms were very large with two conservatories making extra rooms. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding good quality and fresh. Very dog friendly.

Negative: There were one or two minor problems the owner is going to address - bulbs out in the bathroom for example. A microwave and a washing machine would have been useful to have. Wardrobe space was a bit limited, although this was not a problem for us as we only stayed for two nights.

Summary: A lovely spacious bungalow, dog friendly, a very friendly owner who goes out of her way to help.

Positive: Great value. Pet friendly, lots of space, great kitchen, great garden.

Negative: We failed getting the TV to work. The welcome folder could have more info. It would be helpful to have a little more direction to find the house (we drove past it twice, postcode is not specific wnough)
