Positive: The staff was very friendly, place was clean and the wellness centre was also clean and worth visiting. They have a guarded car parking which was a must for me. And it's not too far from the centre to do some sightseeing. The area itself is very calm. I felt taken care of! Also the bed was very comfortable!

Positive: Modern, clean, cosy rooms (we had a "family room"). The food at the restaurant, Etalon, was simply brilliant. We had dinner there almost every day because it was consistently excellent. The playgrounds outside were also fantastic.
Negative: It is a minor thing, but having a small pool for dipping, or a shower, or something similar, next to the sauna would be greatly appreciated.

Positive: If you're just passing through and prefer not to go into the city center, this place can serve the purpose for one night.
Negative: That said, the room wasn’t very clean, the breakfast was quite poor and not particularly tasty, and the overall condition of the property felt dated – from the worn-out linens and towels to the tired-looking decor. The hotel grounds are not well maintained, and getting there can be tricky, especially at night. There are no clear signs or proper directions, which makes finding the entrance more difficult than it should be.

Positive: I really liked the location and the friendly staff. The room was spacious and clean.
Negative: I didn't like the fact that even though the hotel provide as standard to all reservations breakfast in the price, the agreement with booking.com was excluding it which is tottaly unacceptable and also for Genius 3 customers with so many reservations. It was not even automatically granted from the system while it's a standard provision by the hotel. Last but not least, I also didn't like the fact that the hotel didn't offer it within the reservation even though with booking they have separate agreement. I would expect a client friendly offer investing on future reservations. Besides the above, the hotel is recommended.
