This completely remodeled property is perfect for a family weekend stay or a corporate home away from home if you're in town for work. It is very secluded with a large lot and a great backyard that is surrounded by a wooded layer of trees. Its location is close to all of Akron's attractions..within 10 - 15 minutes of Downtown, Portage Lakes, several corporate parks, and very close to the highway if traveling is needed. It is 2 levels, with the first level having a spacious living room and half bath, and the upstairs having 3 bedrooms and 4 queen size beds. It is a side-by-side duplex, but it has a cemented wall barrier so it is completely soundproof from the tenant next door. It also is newer construction with central AC/Heat, well-insulated windows, and newly remodeled throughout the inside with granite countertops, new flooring, and new furniture. It is furnished with 3 smart TV and fast internet for streaming. If you're looking for a clean, remodeled place that is centrally located to all of Akron's attractions this is the place!
Pets are welcome at all of our properties with a $30.00 fee per stay regardless of how many furbabies come.

Summary: The property was nice and tidy. Beds were comfortable. Basement area was cool while sitting there watching TV. The master bedroom TV was intermittent in its working ability. The bathroom shower was fabulous. Firm pressure and hot water was great! Kitchen amenities were great also Air fryer, coffee pot, etc. Had some difficulty getting in when we arrived, but overall it was okay. Host was very responsive and someone actually arrived on site to be sure we were in the unit, and he left salt and a shovel for the anticipated snow. Great place to stay and was perfect for our trip. We ate at a couple of great restaurants. Jerzees and Iron Grill were both fabulous and nearby.

Summary: First time at vrbo. Kitchen upstairs was a slight hassle for us older folks. Few maintenance issues that were taken care of. Owner very responsive and caring.

Summary: We stayed at the home while in Ohio for a family wedding. Comfortable spacious bedrooms and everything we needed for our stay. The one thing that we all did not like was the smell of the tap water.. probably using well water ...like rotten eggs. If the homeowner is able to correct it we will love to stay again in future for family visits to Ohio.
