Summary: House was wonderful, beds very comfortable, negative was kitchen lacked some basic needs no large bowls and only 4 small bowls. Loft area had space heaters but fuses would blow when we tried to use them so loft was a little chilly. Overall really enjoyed our stay and house was comfortable.

Summary: Great old house in a nice area. We hosted thanksgiving so I brought half my kitchen from home. Thank goodness. The kitchen has bare basics but will work as is if you aren’t a big cook. House is older but spacious. It has charm. Fenced in back yard key for a small dog. Parks nearby. Loved waking around German village. 4 folding chairs were key for sitting guests since the DR table is small and only has 4 chairs and as others say- bring a power strip since old houses don’t have as many outlets for charging phones etc. I live in an old house so these nuances didn’t bother us.

Summary: Our daughter was getting married in Ohio (family is all from Texas) and we felt so comfortable in this house during the wedding festivities. We stayed here as well as the brides 2 sisters and spouses, an infant and a 4 yr old flower girl, and the other grandparents of the kids! We had everything we needed, the location was fantastic, the beds were super comfortable, and the bedding was amazing. We would recommend that you park on the street (down the way with no 2 hr limit) as there seemed to be some issues with the alley parking. We enjoyed being able to take a stroll for morning coffee and an easy walk home at night. Communication, entrance, and details were easy. Thanks for a wonderful no-worries stay! I highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Summary: Nice old house, but not a lot of outlets. Lots of restaurants to walk to, good access to the expressways of you want to check out other neighborhoods.

Summary: Pictures are exactly what you get! The house was beautiful and very clean on the inside. Plenty of towels, blankets, pillows everything you need. Beds are all extremely comfortable and linen smells fresh. The very upper level I know previous reviews stated no air and very hot. We came prepared with a fan but since those reviews, no, central air does not reach up there but, they did put an ac unit up there with 2 fans. Within an hour, it was cooler and as the day went on it stayed cool. Would highly recommend this property.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at 17 W Frankfort. There were 8 adults. One person stayed on the top floor which was very hot and took a long while to cool down. It is a really interesting space. We had plenty of towels, blankets, dishes and glasses. Close walk to everything in German Village. An interesting old house with lots of character. Great value compared to other properties in the area or hotels. We would come back and stay here again. Highly recommended!!!
