This Beautiful, updated home is nestled in a quiet area in Old Brooklyn's, South Hills neighborhood. It is located a few homes before a cul-de-sac resulting in minimal street traffic and also just minutes from all of Cleveland's attractions. The home has a large backyard where children can run around and a gorgeous deck where parents can relax. The home is also two houses down from the entrance to Gordeau Park, making it a perfect home for families.
Pets are welcome at all of our properties with a $30.00 fee per stay regardless of how many furbabies come.

Summary: After picking up grandchildren from summer camps we got right on the road with intentions of washing clothes when we got to our VRBO. First thing we noticed was we couldn't get the washer to work. Second we found that the sink in the main bathroom drained slowly. A call was made to the property manager House Hotels. The lady who answered took down my complaints and phone number and said she would have to "circle back". Later that day, after no response, the decision was made to find a laundromat. The entire stay went by without a return call from House Hotels. Had they called we would have added to our list of complaints. The door from the upstairs sleeping quarters would not let people out. After letting two people out that were trapped we taped the latch. This was important to do because all the fire alarms on all three levels had been removed, leaving only the backing plates. Additionally, we made it clear in our booking that we had a party of eleven. There were only 4 forks and a half dozen spoons. The cleanliness in both bathrooms left a lot to be desired. We will not be going to any properties managed by House Hotels in the future. I presently have another VRBO planned for October and hope for better results.

Summary: Overall, our family would stay here again. Our group had kids between 8 to 19 and four adults, and this house worked out well for all of us. We were able to put adults on the main floor, girls upstairs, and boys in basement. There was even room in our adult bedroom to fit cots for our younger boys one night. There were things that could use updating like the main floor shower knobs, faucet, and shower head; however, they weren't deal breakers. The dishwasher smelled awful so we ran it when we got there and it seemed a bit better. The oven was odd but we eventually cooked our cinnamon rolls. We didnt use the washer or dryer. Communication could be quicker. I messaged the host through the VRBO app prior to our stay and heard back a few days later. During our stay, I messaged the host as an FYI about the front storm door not being on track/difficult and a spot on the provided cot, but didn't hear back as confirmation. After our stay, I messaged the host about the damage deposit refund and heard back after a few days. After booking, the confirmation email did not contain a number to contact the host, but I eventually found it on the listing. The host seemed friendly and helpful in their responses. The house is on a dead end street which was nice. We didn't use the backyard at all. We were able to get to the grocery store, Domino's, Ray's Mountain Bike Park, and Sweeties candy store easily during our trip. We would recommend this home. Thanks!

Summary: The area was great. The location was perfect for my event. Quite neighbors and neighborhood. Easy to get to places that I needed to go to. I will stay here again. I also would recommend this place to my friends and family.

Summary: The house was close to a playground for the kids and close to freeways to get around town quickly. It seemed one of the outlets in the kitchen did not work .

Summary: We were in town for a family reunion, and I wanted a house with at least 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. I stayed at this house with my partner, my parents, and my brother and his wife, and we had PLENTY of room! It was actually the perfect layout for us because my brother and sis-in-law stayed upstairs in the "attic". My partner and I stayed in the bedroom that had a separate entrance to the backyard, and my parents stayed in the room across from us, very close to the bathroom (which they loved). No one stayed in the basement because it felt a bit drafty and smelled musty to us, but the other rooms were very comfortable, including the beds. The door to the attic did get stuck a couple of times, so we had to keep that door slightly open so that my brother and his wife could get out easily. The living room was so cozy, and we enjoyed a couple nights watching TV on the comfy couch. We also used the kitchen quite a bit and it had everything we needed, especially a big coffee maker! Not a lot of places to hang clothes since the closets seemed full, so we improvised a bit. But other than that, we would stay there again!
