Positive: It was a lovely, picturesque cottage. The host had decorated the house with Christmas lights, a tree, and gorgeous wreaths. It was beautiful and such a thoughtful gesture. We had a wonderful stay. I must note, we nicknamed the beds the "cloud beds" because they were like sleeping in the clouds. Incredibly inviting! Averil and Simon were fabulous hosts. We can't recommend this property enough. We will be back!

Positive: The owner was lovely. We had a bit of a unique situation, but she showed a lot of understanding. The cottage is lovely and exactly what I wanted it to be. The hot tub was very nice as well.
Negative: The location isn't really walkable to much (although very short drive to Stratford-Upon-Avon). We also found it difficult to locate, since the place you drive into isn't called The Hyde (I was really tired though!).

Positive: The cottage is truly beautiful. The Christmas decorations added to the feel of the place. It smelt amazing and was cleaned perfectly. The little goodies left were a nice touch too. Averil kept in touch throughout our stay and let us know things to do in the local area! Would 100% stay again.
Negative: The TV was perhaps a little to high on the wall when watching tv in front of the fire but that is just me being picky!

Positive: Absolutely stunning, luxury holiday home. Extremely peaceful, lovely friendly hosts who kept in touch through the week in case we needed anything. Well placed for access to Stratford, Leamington, Warwick Castle.
Negative: The beds were a little too firm for my liking, easily solved by extra quilts under the bottom sheet. The peaceful location suited us, but you do need a car to access the surrounding areas of interest.
