Summary: Loved the spacious room size and bathroom size! The pool was phenomenal! Great help at the front desk at the hotel on top of the mountain and bottom! It was a wonderful place to stay and economical for me and my son! We will be back sometime just not sure when.

Summary: Trevor and Katie at The Inn at Snowshoe were absolutely the best. We talked with Katie for several minutes. She is absolutely one of the very best front desk staff, I had the privilege of interacting with.

Summary: Basic hotel close to Snowshoe. The cheapest option. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tubs were nice. The shuttle only ran once every hour, so you had to plan or WAIT which is what we had to do! My son forgot his toothbrush and they did not have any to offer guests...at the rate we were paying, I would think they could offer guests this basic service! There is no cell phone reception anywhere at snowshoe. They do offer Wifi, but you will not be able to use your phone service. This is not the hotel's fault, this is a blackout area!

Summary: Good experience for a motorcyclist. Allowed to park bike under front porte cochere which is well lit and has surveillance. Staff reasonably personable.

Summary: This place was better than expected, except for a few minor things. Let me talk about the Con's: The bathroom could use a remodel, the shower was kind of small, and the paint on the bathroom walls needs some TLC. Not crazy about the resort fee. Also wish there was wi-fi in the rooms as I have an internet radio show I like to listen to at night. Pro's: continental breakfast, great fill up to get going in the morning! Quite room, couldn't hear traffic at night while sleeping. Nice pool and hot tub, perfect temps! Staff was knowledgeable about surrounding area. Hotel is close to Cass Scenic Railroad, and the Green bank observatory.
