Summary: My partner and I stayed at The Inn for three nights last week and thoroughly enjoyed our time. We were greeted by the lovely Delilha on reception who couldn't have been more helpful (and she engaged in some very witty banter with my partner as it was his birthday). Our room was on the first floor and was very clean and well equipped (we were particularly pleased to see we had a fan in the room as the weather was very hot) There were also complementary water bottles both still and sparkling that were replaced every day. The only thing that might have improved our stay would have been a small fridge in the room. Breakfast was plentiful with lots to choose from and we also ate in the hotel restaurant on two of the nights and both enjoyed our meals. The hotel is on a hill slightly out of St Helier but Jersey has a brilliant bus service and with a bus stop right outside the hotel getting about couldn't have been easier. I recommend buying a pass for the buses so that you can hop on and off at will. All in all a lovely stay at The Inn and the island and we will definitely be back.

Summary: Lunch service available but for the price very poor. Customer service was amazing, the above was my only gripe. I would still give this hotel a 9/10 they couldn’t do enough for you, upgraded my room let me check in 3 hours early.

Summary: Hotel staff very helpful and responsive. Sound proofing in bedrooms could be much better. Access to the room with suitcases was difficult due to the number of stairs.
