Positive: Great location near the riverfront and a short walk to Vincom Plaza. Friendly, efficient check-in with a refreshing welcome drink. Rm 606 was spotless and mostly quiet, it had a decent closet, a safe, and robes. The A/C, wifi, and hot water all worked great. The room had a lovely river view, beware that some rooms do not have windows. The bed was a comfy medium-firm, with 4 nice pillows. , There are 3 elevators which all worked well during our stay. The pretty cafe/bar on the 10th floor had good, reasonably priced food and cocktails. You can sit indoors or out on the balcony/terrace with a view of the river.
Negative: I wish there were larger rooms with two beds available. The rooms are also on the small side at 28 M2, plus it had too much furniture making it appear even smaller. The bed had a heavy comforter during summer weather; I was wishing for just a top sheet or very light blanket. Mobility issues: be aware that there are many steps to the lobby. Breakfast was mostly Asian food, it would be nice to have more western options for variety and familiarity.

Negative: Not many restaurants near by. But it s fine to me.

Positive: -The room was a nice size for two adults for a couple of days (standard double) - Good selection of food at breakfast, including pastries, fruit, hot Vietnamese options, and freshly cooked eggs -Great water pressure in the shower -Daily room cleaning -Adequate gym and swimming pool- a little bit small, but ideal to top up your tan -Friendly staff with good levels of English - Affordable prices in their rooftop restaurant with amazing views at sunset - Close to shopping mall and restaurants
Negative: - Unable to access Netflix/Amazon Prime on the telly - Not being informed of construction works starting at around 7am every morning - Housekeeping knock the door before 9am some days, which isn't good if you're having a longer sleep - Hours of pool and gym are 7am-7pm daily. Would appreciate slightly longer gym hours

Positive: Beautiful clean modern hotel, with a fantastic spa, the staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was great lots of choices. Location good too.
Negative: The bed was very hard, didn’t sleep well. The coffee lounge was being developed so could not use this or the rooftop bar.
Summary: Would stay again, just for the spa experience and breakfast.
