Positive: Close to the beach with direct access, multi-pools, hot tub, grotto bar, multiple bars, multiple dining options on-site, and easy access and walking distance to the Okaloosa Boardwalk with other dining options, shopping, and access to the pier.
Negative: Staff were not accommodating and unwilling to listen to concerns/complaints. Management wasn't any better. They believed housekeeping over what we were telling them. They failed to take care of the room, no towels, washcloths, coffee, cups, soap, nothing. No removing used towels or the overflowing trash with food in it. Then, they refused to bring us cups for coffee in the morning. Told us to take it up with Management in the morning since we had already requested towels that evening. Ridiculous. We're paying resort fees here.

Positive: Breakfast buffet was the best I have ever had. So many different options and varied enough from day to day. Enjoyed the different activities offered through out the day and the different meal options. You do not have to leave the resort.

Positive: Really enjoyed the amenities, staff is awesome and knowledgeable. Rooms kept clean daily.
Negative: Everything was great. Maybe check parking passes more regular since public beach access is so close. Paying customers had no parking. otherwise all was great.
