Positive: Spacious, well-planned house in a great location. The place was nice, well-equipped, and quiet. The hot tub was lovely, and the pool looked great (we didn’t use it since it was winter).

Negative: The mattresses weren’t the most comfortable but still manageable. Overall, it was clean, but we noticed some dust build-up in a few rooms and on the kitchen furniture. We’re not a fussy group, but for the price we paid, we expected it to be a bit cleaner.

Positive: The layout of rooms was good, the amount of seating in the kitchen and dining area was good

Negative: The property was tidy but very dirty. Every cupboard was full of dirt and grime, the floors were dirty and dusty. Cobwebs were a plenty, when pulling the trundle bed out for use a use amount of food wrappers and dust came out with it.

Summary: Great location and size needs a thorough clean though

Positive: All the arrangements before hand. The contacts were very helpful The facilities were amazing The grounds were superb Would recommend the to anybody (already have) Would go again as a family

Negative: Cleaning was a little below par Toaster not working one side New Batteries for some heaters Front right jet of cooktop not working No hair dryer No Spatula or scissors Air Con over kitchen not working

Positive: Location was great. Did a walk to the beach area, quiet location. Grady for the 14 of us.

Negative: Bath down stairs wasn’t clean. Couldn’t get the dishwasher to work.

Summary: Overall a great stay. Really enjoyed the house. Large enough for all of us & location was nice too.

Positive: - beautiful location -house itself is great just needs a few things remedied

Negative: -the kitchen resources are an inadequate collection of bits and bobs accumulated from student flats, which need to be thrown out and replaced by a trip to ikea - the oven doesnt appear to have been cleaned since the Howard government - ditto for the dishwasher, it was blocked with a layer of slime which stopped it working, when reporting this we were informed it couldnt be fixed any time soon (so we fixed it ourselves) - towels were from the same garage sale they bought the kitchen equipment - old and stained, not enough, no face clothes etc -linen for the beds incorrect size and terrible condition (though complimented the broken beds nicely…) - the heating is woefully inadequate for the winter time. Upstairs is well equipped with four split systems. Downstairs relies on a single split system based in the common area, so to get any warmth in the bedrooms overnight you have to leave the bedroom doors all open -bathrooms could do with locks - nice house, but needs a proper clean and some decent kitchen equipment given it sleeps 20 people
