Positive: The room, the bar etc. were great, breakfast was really nice as were both meals in the evening. Enjoyable stay.

Negative: To be a boutique hotel, staff need be a bit better. Sorry to be picky as i had an excellent stay and I would not hesitate in returning or recommending.

Positive: Great location, right in town and near train station. Staff were great very friendly and helpful allowed us to leave our luggage early prior to checkin. When we returned our bags were in our rooms. Room and bed was comfy.

Negative: Noise from downstairs, no fault of hotel and to be expected being above hotel/bar.

Positive: Enjoyed my stay. Staff were very friendly. Room perfectly clean and free parking behind the hotel was very handy. Although I didn't make use of the shops as was working on customer site, the location is perfect for shopping etc.

Negative: Can't say I can fault anything.

Summary: Very happy with my stay. Was there for 3 nights. Price was excellent.
