Negative: Arrived at 14:00, after long drive.The room was not ready we get it at 15:15 No offer for compensation, not offer of basket of fruit or something.. .

Positive: It is beautifully done.

Negative: Not maintained at all. Staff needs to be well trained (uniforms was full of stain, staff wearing slippers) toiletries were missing. Staff management was very weak.

Positive: Great location overlooking the Nakki Lake. We got a family cottage for our family which was elegant. View form every part of the hotel was great and the whole area was nicely landscaped. Very friendly and courteous staff, always eager to help out. Mr. Neem SIngh, who was assigned to take care of us during our stay was very caring and helpful. Duty manager Kesar Singh and other staff like Kumar Singh, Vurj Singh were also very helpful. We will definitely consider the Jaipur House for our next visit to Mount Abu.

Positive: Location. Renovated rooms are lovely. Staff is excellent and very courteous. The chef is outstanding.

Negative: Very little to do for the kids. Pool is too small. Basic sport equipment and playing facilities like badminton / tennis racquets, board games, playing cards etc. should be available.

Positive: Beautiful location. Great room. Service was excellent. Specially food was amazing. Mr. Daulat Singh , Mr. Ravinder Singh, Mr. Revant Singh, Mr. Chandu Solanki, Mr. Karan Rana, Mr. Mannu Goswami and Mr. Kiran were very helpful.
