Summary: This B and B was outstanding for attention to detail, immaculate condition and cleanliness. Their breakfast was delicious with a start of fresh fruit and scones, and a great breakfast burrito that day. A short walk to LLBean, it’s near all the attractions in Freeport. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. It was a real pleasure to stay there!

Summary: It was great ! The hosts were friendly and receptive to our needs. You can feel the extra care they give to making you feel at home. And breakfast was amazing. They even take special requests.

Summary: Our stay at the James place couldnt have been better. Conviently located,very clean,awesome breakfast,the owners were super nice and helpful,no unpleasant surprises when we arrived. The house was just as advertised. Cant say enough nice things about our stay. Definitely would stay there again.

Summary: This has got to be one the cutest places I've ever stayed at! The hosts were wonderful and friendly. The location was a quick walk to everything including shops and restaurants. The breakfast was super delicious. Thank you Bill and Mary Ann!

Summary: The James Place Inn exceeded all expectations. Our room was clean, lovely, and inviting. Mary Ann and Bill were great hosts and the breakfast was delicious. I have a gluten intolerance and my meal was made to accomidate my needs... including gluten free homemade scones. Their attention to detail and friendly interaction with guests made this the perfect place for a long Maine weekend stay.
