Positive: The roominess and the privacy.
Negative: Had to park our 3rd vehicle far away when there was no one else staying in any of the units. Also tub in one of the upstairs bathroom didn’t drain well while taking a shower.

Positive: Good amount of activities to do at the resort. The condo was nice and clean and host provided us with all essentials. Resort is located in a beautiful area, I’d highly recommend!
Negative: When we called in front desk to find out where AC unit is at the condo it took them 3-4 hours to send us a person. All that waiting just to find out units don’t have AC. YouTube app on TV is buggy and has childlock which makes it difficult to use. Front desk was no help here. Also, at one point the fire alarm went off when we were cooking and I called the front desk and again they had no knowledge how to shut it off. They were very responsive and understanding otherwise.

Positive: Wonderful location, beautiful! Great access to the ski runs. But as a sidenote, Lacasa went above and beyond with us. We left medicine and eyeglasses in the condo and they were kind enough to send them to us after the fact. Much appreciated.

Negative: Plumbing issues. Could not close the stopper in all 3 bathtubs-so no baths taken, Also, when you turned on the shower in the main bedroom/shower a high pitched sound came out when using the shower. The noise continued throughout the shower.
Summary: Thanks for the stay despite the plumbing issues.

Positive: Close to the trails- very accessible . Adequate kitchen items and it was excellent to have xtra towels and toiletries
Negative: A later checkout would be nice 11AM or noon - especially with children
Summary: A great play to stay with family, friends. Children friendly.

Positive: Clean comfortable and well equipped chalet
Negative: All the activities were closed and we only had a four-hour window for the water park as it was only open from 10 am to 2 pm on the Sunday.
Summary: Great chalet that is well equipped and comfortable but pick your dates if you want to enjoy activities at the mountain.
