This is a newly renovated 2 bedroom unit with upstairs laundry, a poker room, new beds, etc. The master bedroom includes a Queen bed and desk, the second bedroom includes a Queen over Queen bunk bed. There’s fire pit in the backyard, a screened porch, and all the character you could ask for in an old home. This unit easily sleeps six and is equipped with everything you could need at a true home away from home. Bring your luggage and groceries and make yourself at home. The hardwood floors, glass door knobs, and old woodwork make this place really cool.

Summary: I enjoyed my stay at Luke’s place. The unit is quite expertly restored. The bed I used was comfortable. The TV, wifi, and all appliances worked well. The kitchen was well-stocked with good quality silverware, and plates, etc., even an air fryer and instant pot. The cooling and heat worked well. The wall hangings and decorations are interesting to check out. The coin operated washer and dryer were nice to have. Luke responded quickly to my questions. The neighborhood is quiet and quite safe. Downtown is a 10 minute walk away, which has restaurants and an old school town square.

Summary: This home is a great place with many sweet touches, and it is well appointed, especially in the kitchen! It's especially nice when you have a larger group and can get both sides of the space. Everything has been beautifully updated. The side we were in has two nice size bedrooms, one with a desk and the other well-suited for younger children. It's in a very convenient location to Owatonna's city center, within walking distance to the library, restaurants, and parks.

Summary: The neighborhood is so lovely and cute. The neighbors immediately greeted us and invited us to hang out with them on the porch. The property inside is even better than the pictures show! It is larger and has such a great historic feel. The place is also filled with so much beautiful art pieces that we all enjoyed. The kitchen was so well organized and stocked with dishes. We only stayed for 2 days, but this listing would be great for longterm renters! It is so lovely I will be coming back when I need a break from the Twin Cities.
