Positive: The hotel was great and we greatly enjoyed the waterpark. The room was big and comfortable. Plentyof parking and strong and free wi-fi everywhere.
Negative: It seemed like the hotel was not prepared for the number of guests on that weekend. There was not enough lifeguards to manage the lines for the bigger slides (the ones who were there did a very effecdrtive jobs but seemed completely overwhelemd and exhausted). The main restaurant did not have enough sitting for dinner (and you can't make a reservation for a group of less than 8), so they directed us to go to the "BBQ" outside. which, at just 7:45 pm, was already running out of many items. At. check-in they told us "smores at the firepit at 8, while supplies last",. We showed up at 7:59 only to hear that they ran out of supplies already. This was very frustrating.

Positive: I was on the same level as the water park and the patio area was very pretty but there was trash there the whole time
Negative: Couldn’t really enjoy the patio because there was trash there our whole stay I think they should have stage check the grounds more frequently there was overflowing trash outside not very nice and early in the morning all three elevators had debris on the floor and one elevator all the floor description was completely worn out Most of the onsite restaurant were not open during our time there

Positive: Waterpark layout and amount of slides was great for the size. Kids enjoyed all the attractions multiple times. Lifesavers are always aware of what is happening. Clean environment and friendly staff.
Negative: The Waterpark restaurant service is extremely slow. They cooked the food after we order it. When the menu is pizza, burgers and chicken tenders, having plenty of them to sell can make a huge difference.
Summary: Kids had a blast and enjoyed all attractions multiple times.
