Summary: My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The waterpark was busy and fun. The room was clean and spacious. The place seemed to be understaffed. We didn't get to check in until 4:30. They did offer us a late check out but that did not help us. Also the coffee shop opened late and I don't think I saw the candy store open at all in 3 days!

Summary: I had a great a day . Everyone in the hotel was very friendly. Gloria and Wendy when above and beyond do meet all my need, it was my twins boys birthday. I couldn’t choose a better place to celebrate their birthday. Thank you!! I have said the I love this hotel and I would definitely coming back and I would recommend to everyone.

Summary: The place is clean and they think of a lot of things for families, like the free luggage carts, the fire pits, etc., but the food and beverage operation is unbelievably bad. We went last year and it was awful — a year later it’s not just worse but it’s nonexistent. Neither the diner (Eat Eat Eat) nor the bar (Harvey’s) opened at any point during a Fri-Sun trip. It’s like they know their F&B is so bad they don’t even try any more. Better to not be open than be open and fail? I don’t know. It’s astonishing. Unrelated: the arcade is incredibly expensive.

Summary: The only complaint we had was the restaurant in the water park did not open till 12:30. The lines were very long. It took a tremendous amount of time to get food. They do not let any food in, very inconvenient.

Summary: The kids had a great time! There was hair in our shower upon arrival and a hat under our pull out couch. I do not suggest getting a patio room because it is close to the arcade and loud if you are trying to get little ones to sleep. The memorial day BBQ lacked organization, food was mediocre at best, and we stood in line for an hour while our children were starving. All of the the cocktails we had were delicious, especially the frozen strawberry margarita in the waterpark. The pizza was also great! The arcade had a wide variety of activities for everyone to enjoy. Our towels were replaced when left outside the room and the pillows were comfortable.

Summary: It was nice! Clean and quite a few activities for kids. Expensive, but thats expected. Food options are not great. We ended up going out to eat for better options. The only issue is with Brandon at the Mez bar. He is racist, totally looked at me and went to server others to both sides of me. Even my 13 yr old daughter noticed this. I went to the other side and another girl helped me. She asked me if I waiting on other side. I said yes and that dude ignored me. She said she has heard that before. Other than this it was good. I wasnt going to let the racist guy ruin my family trip. I didnt want to wasted my time talking to management, they just wont get mine or any of my friends' business. They have plenty otherwise.

Summary: The grandkids enjoy coming here,got the two bedroom suite, and it was beautiful with two full bathrooms.Having the balcony is always a plus too.Will definitely keep coming back.
