Positive: Well located, pet friendly with excellent breakfast and nice view of Ft Lauderdale from the roof top bar. Easy to rent bikes with 2 hrs free just at the hotel entrance. Rooms clean and spacious.
Negative: Parking 47 usd per day.

Positive: Fantastic room, very confortable bed, well decorated. Quiet nights. Hotel is small and cute. The front desk lady was wonderful, very helpful and accommodated my needs.
Negative: Waiter and waitress at the pool bar, not very friendly. Too much tip oriented pushing for more consumption. Cocktails were not very good.

Positive: We really enjoyed the rooftop and the great location. The room was comfortable, though the bed was a bit narrow. The restaurant staff were very kind and the food was great.
Negative: We booked The room with breakfast but in fact only a limited voucher was provided, which was never enough for 4 people. We always had to pay extra. It would have been nice to know this in advance, but overall great service and very good quality in the restaurant.
Summary: It was OK with a great rooftop, good location and great restaurant staff.

Positive: My only complaint was the room felt a little small with 2 people and 2 dogs. I would have liked it to be a little darker on the room so I could go to bed earlier but, I loved my stay here and would come back.

Positive: Staff were very helpful in getting us taxis.
Negative: Resort is more of a no frills hotel, with a diner style restaurant on first floor-fancy dining at a premium in penthouse. Room was clean and quiet with a refrigerator, but no microwave-a clothes rack with minimal space for hangars, and shelves rather than dressers. All adequate. Our only complaint was that the mattresses were too soft. We woulld recommend the Kimpton Shorebreak to friends staying in Ft. Lauderdale. Glad to have a nice place to stay for one night during school break week.
