Summary: Definitely an outdated property. Once glorious in its day, it has been neglected and in need of much work and tender care. The staff is uninformed, misleading, and non-present. Room was fine,but very little amenities in the room. Rest of my property, exteriors and elevators were filthy and not maintained. For instance, finding coffee in the morning is nearly impossible and a puzzle at best. Difficulty does not make a good stay.

Summary: The room was terrific! Oceanview. A bit dated but comfy. Room service was below average and the food was average. Grounds and pools were wonderful.
