This is a great home for family and friends to come together. Family friendly, quiet neighborhood close to the areas main attractions. Restaurants, malls, local shopping all a short drive away.
Large fenced in back yard. 2 car garage, Cable TV, comfortable clean beds. Upgraded custom kitchen and baths remodled, everything new.
Kings Island, Top Golf, Main Event, Outlet Shopping, and the Western & Southern Open.
Restaurants are short drive away. Kings Island, the largest amusement park in the Midwest, is only a 5-minute drive away!
The property is also a few blocks going to iFly Indoor Skydiving and TopGolf.
Access to the entire property. Large fenced-in back yard w children's playset, fire pit. Patio furniture!

Late check-outs
We want to allow our cleaners enough time to get the job done. Staying past your 11AM check out time without approval could result in a $100 per hour fee (max of two hours). After 1PM guests will be charged for the following night’s stay. If you would like an early check-in or late check-out please reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate.
No Unauthorized Parties
Zero tolerance for LOUD, Heavy Drinking Parties that could cause a disruption. Breaking this rule will result in $800 fee

Summary: I ran into issues at the beginning where the access code was never provided and trying to get a hold of the owner was more of a challenge than it should have been. Once we got into the house, we noticed a shortage of 2 bed than what was described in the ad. After pushing through the mishap, we was able to enjoy our stay where it was very clean and in a safe and quiet neighborhood.

Summary: I had reserved this home for a youth retreat. I had a confirmation code and everything. Vrbo double booked this home and then was not willing to help us find somewhere else to stay. I had a group of teenagers hours away from home and nowhere to take them. Luckily, after Vrbo told me they couldn’t help me the owner of this home reached out to me. He put us in another home he had in downtown Cincinnati which was beautiful, and definitely an exquisite one of a kind home. He was kind and willing to help in anyway that he could. Therefore I do not recommend booking with Vrbo, but I would definitely recommend booking with the host of this home.
