The Lakeview House is true luxury in the beautiful Okanagan valley. This house is made for those seeking a wine country get-away or the perfect setting for a small multi-generational family get-together. The house was completely redesigned in 2020 with more upgrades in 2021 and 2022.
The Lakeview House contains two separate suites that, when combined, offer four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms and two kitchens. Please note** The house is rented as one, not separately**
The house sits on a scenic plot in the heart of Summerland’s Bottleneck Drive wine route. The property is a peaceful place to kick back and savour the charm of wine country living. The property offers a secluded location with expansive lawn and patio area and options for playing in the pool, hot tub, crochet or bocce ball, a fire pit or simply lounging and taking in the views.
The upstairs is comprised of 2 large bedrooms, both with king beds. The beautifully laid out kitchen is a chef's dream - gas stove and oven, large sink, dishwasher and coffee bar. Across from the kitchen is a wine cave with two wine fridges and gorgeous views out the expansive windows. The patio doors lead out to the natural gas BBQ and large patio table seating 8. The living room and dining area are wide open and very welcoming. Sit back and relax in the brand new furniture, take in the view or take in the game on the big screen TV. On the other side of the kitchen is a lovely sitting area with half bathroom, laundry and access out to the pool & lounge area. We have supplied plenty of pool towels, life jackets for the littles and some toys.
Downstairs you will find the lovely walk out suite with its own kitchenette. Perfect for some separation, while still taking full advantage of the space and the views. There is one large king bedroom, and a flex room with two Queen beds, and two single beds. There is a 3 Piece bathroom just behind the kitchenette. Walk out to the yard and take a nap in the hammock, sit around the firepit or make your way over to the pool & hot tub for more lounging.
The backyard is street level with the front (North) side of the house and is very private. This area is perfect to kick a soccer ball, play some bocce, or let the kids burn off some steam.
