Positive: We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and the hospitality was truly excellent. While we felt a bit sad that there was no restaurant available on the premises, Ms. Nigar San was incredibly sweet and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and happy. That really meant a lot to us and made our stay even more special.

Positive: Gamze’s service was good to help with the issues I faced through my stay.
Negative: Would NOT recommend. Not accommodating at all. Really poor service. Gave us single beds instead of King bed and their solution was to push the beds together. Had a churping sound in the room. Forgot the cot. Eventually changed our room and had a roll out bed for my child instead of the advertised sofa beds. We ordered and it came uncooked. Sent it back and by the time we had it replaced, everyone was asleep so sent half back. The AC had a ticking sound all night and because they couldnt identify the issue, we had to keep the room for 2 days until changed again. Missed 2 days of minibar refill just because I didnt utilise the other drinks. I clearly wanted coke zero if they were the only missing ones. Really poor service and not even a fraction of what Kingdom delivered 2 years ago. Room cleanliness was terrible and package is pretty poor. Hope Kingdoms not dropped in service.
Summary: Nickelodeon theme is great, service and package is poor! Manager had to step in to revive.

Positive: The entire hotel was full of amazing things to see and do, the restaurant had the best food served in a hotel’s buffet, the theme park was full of fun it opened 10am till 7pm and there was a special theme park for the hotel “Nickelodeon theme park” that closes 10pm and there is a special show at the main entrance of the land of legends area every night at 8pm, the staff were so helpful and always friendly with a smile on their face, the character appearances and shows was always entertaining for the kids and it was fantastic. Everything was worth the trip and we had the most wonderful time and we definitely will return in the future inshallah.
Negative: The lunch time was very short and early in the day and as a result we couldn’t have lunch in any day as we mostly were in the theme park and that meant you have to have a snack there and wait till the dinner time which starts 7pm, also the daily program of the character appearance in the hotel or the show is not prepared in advance and handed over with clearance to the guests and we accidentally found about the show when we passed by where they do it.
