Positive: It is an amazing SPA hotel. I was impressed by the facilities and products that they offered. It was beyond my expectations. It is located in the Southeastern Dundee, so be prepared to find a taxi if you do not drive. It was tricky that since the hotel does not have a precise location listed here, we ended up being directed to somewhere else. I suggest that you search for the hotel itself when you need to navigate the traffic. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Positive: Location was good, good facilities, friendly staff. Other than below the room was good, excellent shower, good towels, good in-room tea and coffee etc.
Negative: I wasn’t impressed that you have to pay for parking. Also the buffet breakfast food wasn’t as hot as it should have been and the plates were cold. Coffee from the machine was weak and not also hot.

Negative: 0 disability awareness. Totally clueless. Booked a suite but it was on the second floor only to be told they don't have a lift !!! No aids to help in bathroom. No air con they have turned it off to save money. Shower gels were cheap and nasty. Soap brackets still on the wall but no soap dispenser!!. Obviously cost cutting. Don't mention all fag butt's by the door disgusting. Bar was supposed to stay open until 11 midweek ,just shut it at 10!! Not value for money, bit cheap and tacky. If your disabled forget it. And no were not serial complainers just have standards

Positive: The room had a beautiful view! We really enjoyed the good weather that we had. We walked around the property in the morning after breakfast. We had dinner and breakfast on site. The food was really good. They offered several vegetarian and gluten-free options for those with special dietary needs. The staff were all very friendly. The lady that checked us in at night asked us if we were planning on eating dinner and we said yes. She quickly ran to the restaurant to put our name in for a table then came back and took our luggage behind the desk and asked us to check-in after dinner so we could eat before they closed. We were thankful that she thought about that.
Negative: If I had a complaint, it would be that the water pressure drops in the shower if you have it and the sink running at the same time. Other people flushing their toilet would cause a rush of hot water into the shower also. These are the worst things I could think of.
Summary: Beautiful estate with excellent views of the water!

Positive: The location off the motorway was easy to get to and get back on the motorway when we left. The food at the restaurant was amazing and worth the money. The walk around the gardens was lovely and sitting outside with a coffee was nice and relaxing. The facilities at the hotel were great and very clean. The staff were very helpful and pleasant when we asked for anything. I would recommend this hotel and I'm sure I'll be back at some point.
Negative: The pillows weren't the comfiest for me but my friend liked them which is just a preference thing.
Summary: Easy to get to and an all round nice stay
