Summary: First time staying in The Landmark Hotel as I was in the vicinity for a conference! Although, the Kellys always prided themselves on exceptional standards, and given my Mother was a former member of staff in its heyday, I was given a room that shouldn’t have been used for guests! The bathroom had major issues with tiles about to come off the wall, the sink area not thoroughly cleaned to a high level of standards and the furniture was outdated and the curtains had bad stains on them! The best part of my stay was the exceptional staff at breakfast and again in The Boardwalk and reception! Left feeling disappointed by the stay.

Summary: From the moment I walked in the greeting at check in was brilliant and continued throughout. However, the hotel staff went above and beyond after I had checked out and left something behind. Thank you to all involved you really made a difference to my stay.
