Known as the Landmark by locals, it is over one hundred years old and has been visited by western celebrities. The unit offered is called the Ranch Apartment since we have furnished it Rustic style. When visitors arrived by stage coach at the stage stop across the way, our home was the first thing they saw, thus becoming known as the Landmark. We have spectacular views and very comfortable accommodations including: corral for horses, fire pit, large patio porch deck, outside Bar B Q grill and more. The Ranch Apartment features two fully furnished bedrooms each with a queen bed. One bathroom is located adjacent to Bedroom 1 and the other is in the John Wayne Room. The Landmark Ranch Apartment also features a dining area, laundry room, living room with Direct T.V full kitchen with all cooking facilities and utensils. We provide a continental breakfast. There are hiking and biking trails close by, quaint country restaurants, hunting, unique stores, the back road (4wd) to Mount Lemon, and of course the Arizona Zip Line. At about forty eight hundred feet elevation we have a moderate climate year round. COME AND ENJOY ORACLE, ARIZONA.

Summary: We stayed in the 2 bedroom unit. It was spacious, attractive and very comfortable, the kitchen well equipped. Our hosts were helpful, friendly and attentive to our every need. They brought fresh bread every day and carrots to feed the horses on the property. Plenty of room to walk our dog. We highly Landmark Ranch!

Summary: The apartment had all the modern kitchen and bathroom and electrical conveniences and updates that made our stay comfortable, while retaining the charm of its 1899 building. The host was very gracious and helpful and added little hospitable extras. We had quiet, privacy, comfortable beds, a feel of nostalgia in how things were decorated, and a fully equipped kitchen. We will definitely stay there again when we are in the area. HIGHLY recommended.

Summary: Pros: very friendly owners who live adjacent in same building, very clean and spacious, very dog friendly, near beautiful hiking areas and close to larger towns ie Oro Valley. Cons: very dark bedroom and living room, walls are paper thin in living room (I could hear everything in the apartment next to mine as well as in the owner's quarters when they were on my end of the house), WIFI is extremely spotty, does not work at all in kitchen and one bedroom, cuts out constantly when competing with renters in adjacent apartment.

Summary: Carl and Carol are the best hosts. The property is well taken care of and all of the rooms were charming. We woke up everyday to Carol's fresh baked bread of the day. They are a delightful couple, and can't wait to stay there again.

Summary: Carol and Carl have a wonderful 4 apartment house. We used all 4 apartments. Carol gave us fresh,yummy baked bread daily(pumpkin,strawberry, banana etc). They were very welcoming and helpful. The perfect hosts. The units were very clean and beautifully decorated .
