Positive: We spent 3 incredible nights in the Lavender Suite and were warmly welcomed with tea and refreshments. The suite is luxurious and filled with colonial charm. The setting in the tea plantations is absolutely stunning and so peaceful. The staff made our stay unforgettable with their warm hospitality and 5 star service, and the chef spoiled us with high tea and delicious 4-course dinners (plenty of meat for my husband!). Every meal was discussed and personalized to our preferences! The hotel also arranged for us to visit a nearby tea factory and the spectacular Rambada waterfall. It was a magical, relaxing stay that we will never forget! A special thanks to Vidhu and Saman for taking such good care of us!

Positive: This is the highest rated hotel we have stayed in from booking.com and it did not disappoint. It is perfect for those looking to unwind and relax. The bungalow is charming and based in the middle of a tea planation. The views are exceptional. The best part of the hotel is the staff because they go out of their way to meet every request you have when it comes to comfort and food. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend everyone to visit and experience the hospitality. Thank you Saman, Heshan and team for looking after us.

Positive: One of the nicest stays we had. Luxurious bungalow with clean rooms with all amenities. The attention to detail of the people there is next level. Even on very small things. Manager Saman was really helpful and showed us around the property. All caretakers were very friendly and was treating us with utmost respect and care. Food was amazing and the chef made sure we get the right food. We felt like taken cared by personal assistants. We will come here again for sure.

Positive: This is a stunning bungalow set amongst beautifully lush gardens and surrounded by a tea plantation. It is best suited to those looking to unwind, relax and recharge in a peaceful setting. The staff were exceptional, very attentive and always greeted you with a smile, this included all the grounds keepers...I lost count as to how many there were! The food was tailored to personal preferences, with the Sri Lankan dishes being a real stand out, they were delicious! As a tea lover the visit and tasting at the plantation was a highlight, as was waking up to that view from the bay windows of the Lavender Suite. You are able to walk the grounds and watch the tea pickers weave up and down the hillsides. They were all too happy to stop for a photo and interact with the guests of the hotel. We enjoyed our trip and would recommend you visit the team and experience the hospitality for yourself. Thank you for looking after us! :)
