Positive: Comfortable room and helpful staff.
Negative: Internet was not functioning in my room and it took some time to sort it out. This was essential for me as travelling for work. The concierge was very helpful but it turned out that it was an ongoing problem and the only way to fix it was to move me to another room. This was eventually offered but i had to hang in there to get this. Breakfast was quite expensive and not really great value for money.
Summary: Central, clean, helpful staff. Probably wouldn't stay there again.
