Summary: We enjoyed a quiet weekend in this rustic a-frame home nestled in the dunes at the far end of the Pines. Glenn is a great host and easy to communicate with. Master bedroom looks into the dunes. Great room and kitchen and part of the deck overlook the dunes and beach. The pool/spa area feel, private. Perfect space for a couple with older kids or friends who could stay in the separate smaller 2 bedroom 1 bathroom guesthouse. Lovely, dog friendly community. Surprisingly peaceful despite the evening party scene.

Summary: Amazing architecture with expansive and serene views to the east over the protected beach. Beautiful design touches throughout the house -- pristine mid-century modern furniture, ideal pool/hot tub placement in the central courtyard overlooked by the living room deck, sensible flow through the master bedroom and bath, huge shower with a view, working fireplace -- all make for the perfect atmosphere for an intimate gathering. Definitely best for small groups - ideally a couple with maybe 2-3 friends willing to stay in the smaller cabana bedrooms.

Summary: Although located at the far eastern edge of town, it is only a 15 minute walk. Amazing host; Great pool..close to beach..unparalleled views of the dunes. Glenn is in the midst of a renovation however the property was perfect for a nice stay at the beach!

Summary: Glenn went above and beyond to help us get settled in and with groceries. The house was lovely, the hot tub, pool and decks were in great condition. My family and puppies enjoyed our stay! :0

Summary: This house is very special with sweeping views of the dunes and ocean. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and the house is fully loaded with anything you need. Glenn was a very gracious host and even sent our crew a bottle of Rose for our first night. Would go back in a heartbeat!
